"Wenn der Architekt nichts mehr weiß, macht er einen Kreis!" (Geraman proverb: "When the architect doesn't know anything anymore, he makes a circle!") We obviously knew a lot here and managed without circles!
Ingredients:
An old pallet-rack warehouse where the Gazelle company used to stack delicate tights (with all its porous concrete surfaces, cable trays and bar lights), a courageous and visionary client and many small accessories, such as crystal chandeliers, potted plants, office furniture from the abandoned old rental space and secondhand chests of drawers from the warehouse garage.
The result:
A cozy, very special, loft-like work and relaxation area in the middle of Vienna-Ottakring.
We placed a glazed box in the center, thus creating various spaces with a wide variety of impressions.
The client's existing furniture was incorporated into the concept in an almost anarchistic way.

Only during the final handover meeting did the company director tell us with a mischievous smile that nobody really could have imagined it beforehand and that almost everyone wanted to talk him out of the idea. Courage pays off, and now IFMS has a pretty cool eye-catching office. We are happy as well!
